Roatan Island Brewing Co. was born from a simple idea: craft great beer in a place that feels like nowhere else on earth. Tucked beneath the jungle canopy of a Caribbean island, our brewery is as wild as the beer is fresh.
Unpasteurized & Local
Every batch is crafted with Roatan island water, tropical hops, and real fruit — mango, cocoa, citrus. We never pasteurize, so every pint tastes the way beer was meant to taste: alive.
Wildly Biodiverse
We share our space with the jungle. Tree frogs nap on fermenter lids, boa constrictors curl on stone walls, and the canopy hums with life. We don't tame the jungle — we brew in it.
